The three most recent leases represent a diverse cross-section of the San Francisco economy, including a non-profit group, an architectural services firm, and a wellness operator.

The Swig Company has signed a 17,000 square foot (s.f.) lease on the 21st floor at 350 California with multinational professional services firm Turner & Townsend.
