  The Swig Company has inked nearly 22,000 square feet of signed leases in seven separate transactions at 444 Castro over the past month. The transactions, ranging in size from 1,800 s.f. to 5,300 s.f. include five leases with tenants new to the building, an expansion, and a renewal.

  The Swig Company has signed a 44,000 square foot lease at The Mills Building with Clay, an AI-powered go-to-market platform that helps sales and marketing teams enrich customer data, automate prospective research, and personalize outreach at scale.

  The Swig Company Refinances The Mills Building in San Francisco

  The Swig Company has completed the refinancing of The Mills Building, a 491,000 square foot, 22-story office building at 220 Montgomery Street in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District. The lender is Invesco Real Estate. The financing was arranged by Jeff Wilcox at Gantry.
