The Swig Company and SKS Partners have signed a second new tenant for 350 California. The companies announced that 9Zero, a digital and physical hub for climate tech innovation, led by entrepreneurs Duncan Logan & Matthew Joehnk, has signed a full floor lease (16,784 sf) and will occupy the 4th floor.
