This 24,865 square feet, 3-story office building is in a high-identity location on El Camino Real. With floor-to-ceiling window views of the nearby mountains and onsite landscaping. The landscape at 399 West El Camino Real was redesigned to incorporate drought-tolerant and native plants adapted to the Northern California climate. The new design preserves healthy trees and includes pockets of gravel gardens that can be appreciated from both the interior and exterior of the building.
