SOLD: Signia by Hilton (formerly the San Jose Fairmont Hotel) opened its doors as the first luxury hotel in the Silicon Valley in October 1987 and it remains the jewel of the city’s thriving downtown today. The property was extensively renovated and expanded with the addition of the Fairmont Tower in 2002. During our ownership, the hotel had a total of 805 guest rooms, 33 suites and 28,000 square feet of meeting space. This luxury property boasts a full range of amenities, including world class restaurants.
