President and Chief Executive Officer

Connor Kidd is President and CEO of The Swig Company and has over a decade of institutional commercial real estate experience. Connor joined The Swig Company in 2009 with the Investments Team and led the Asset Management team since from January 2019 until September 2023. Throughout his career, Connor has participated as a principal in transactions of over $5 billion in value, comprising over 6 million square feet and over 500 multifamily units. Before joining The Swig Company, Connor held real estate positions at Hunter Properties, AMB Properties (now Prologis), and North Star Realty Finance. Connor has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Stanford University. He is an active member of the San Francisco NAIOP chapter and a member of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Counsel (SREC).

Cory Kristoff is Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Director of Leasing. Cory oversees all functions of asset management in Southern California and the leasing for all Swig Company office properties throughout California and Seattle totaling over 2M square feet. Cory joined the company in 1997 and has over four decades of experience in the management of institutional commercial office buildings with extensive knowledge in operations, construction, leasing, repositioning, and rebranding large commercial real estate assets. Cory holds BS degrees in Business Administration and Management, CPM and RPA industry designations and a California broker’s license. She sits on the Advisory Board of Children Today, a non-profit providing care for homeless children in Los Angeles County.

Elaine Dell’Aquila is Vice President of Asset Management for The Swig Company and has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience working with institutional owners and investors.  She is responsible for the oversight and management of various high-performing assets in the San Francisco Bay Area portfolio where her primary areas of expertise include leasing, construction management and the property management of mixed-use commercial assets. Elaine has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, East Bay and is an active board member of Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE).  She earned her RPA® and FMA® designations from BOMI-International and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.  Elaine enjoys mentoring college students through the company’s partnership with College Track, and in her spare time, volunteers to mentor high-school students within her local community.

Ernesto (Ernie) Sioson oversees the property accounting and financial operations of the company's Managed Commercial Portfolios, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. Previously a senior property accountant with Cushman & Wakefield, Ernie handled financial reporting for the former owners of One Montgomery Tower in San Francisco. Ernie's over 35 years of experience in financial reporting, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to delivering comprehensive financial information contribute to informed decision-making and successful strategic objectives at The Swig Company.

Senior Vice President, Director of Taxes

Jennie Liang joined The Swig Company in 2019 as Senior Vice President and Director of Taxes. She is responsible for the Company’s tax matters, which include extensive partnership, corporate and trust issues. Ms. Liang also contributes to the formation of the private Company’s tax strategy and participates in the evaluation of new investments. Prior to joining The Swig Company, Ms. Liang oversaw tax departments at several private equity firms, including GI Partners, Mainsail Partners, and Pantheon Ventures. She also held tax positions at PwC and Deloitte helping clients with tax consulting and compliance in the real estate, private equity and venture capital industries. Ms. Liang holds a MS degree in taxation, BS degrees in Finance and Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Senior Vice President, Director of Innovation and Community Impact

Kairee Tann is Senior Vice President / Director of Innovation and Community Impact overseeing the development and implementation of portfolio-wide policies and programs in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Innovation and Community Impact.  Within the Asset Management Team, Kairee plays a key role in acquisitions due diligence, conceptualizing new and value-add projects and establishing Company procedures and best practices. Kairee brings over 20 years of commercial construction management experience and joined the Swig Company in 2016 as Senior Project Manager of 300 Lakeside, overseeing the successful completion of its repositioning and sale. Kairee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and ULI member.

Mei Chou is Vice President, Asset Management and oversees the Southern California portfolio of properties at The Swig Company. With nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience, she is exceptionally well versed in comprehensive property operations including construction management, leasing and property management. Mei joined the company in 2011 as Property Manager at 595 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena and throughout her tenure has managed all of the Southern California properties.  In addition, she is responsible for the repositioning and rebranding of three of those assets in Los Angeles including 6300 Wilshire in the Miracle Mile.  Mei has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of California, Irvine and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.

Monique Torres joined The Swig Company in October 2023 as the Director of Information Technology, bringing in more than 20 years of experience passionately helping companies to address business needs with technology solutions. Monique has provided technology consulting for companies in the commercial real estate, digital arts, and engineering industries. Prior to her consulting career she was the IT Manager at The Bay Area Discovery Museum where she was instrumental in implementation of an IT Strategic Plan that was part a major museum expansion and which brought the museum to the next level of technology services.

Director of Human Resources

Roxanne Hernandez is the Director of Human Resources and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She has been with The Swig Company since 2015 and brings over 15 years of extensive HR experience in areas such as HR policies development and legal compliance, benefits and compensation management, mediation, conflict resolution, records management, recruitment and retention, workman’s compensation and staff development. She reads, writes and speaks Spanish fluently, which has proven helpful at times in conducting investigations, translating documents and facilitating employee communication and meetings as necessary. Roxanne also has extensive experience with processing payroll and is responsible for managing the Company’s payroll and ensuring compliance with various state and federal laws.

Stacia Keisner is Vice President of Asset Management of The Swig Company and has over two decades of institutional commercial real estate experience. Stacia joined The Swig Company in 2016 as a General Manager of 300 Lakeside spearheading a transformative repositioning and subsequent sale of that asset. Prior to that, she oversaw properties for various institutional owners and investors, most notably, a 1.8mm square foot portfolio of Class A high-rise properties in San Francisco for Equity Office. Stacia has a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis, holds the RPA® designation with BOMI and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. She currently serves on the Board of TMASF Connects and is an active member of the San Francisco BOMA chapter.

Stephanie Kwong Ting is Executive Vice President, Director of Investments of The Swig Company. Stephanie leads the Company’s investment and capital markets transaction activity. Prior to joining The Swig Company, Stephanie was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's real estate investing group and worked in the New York City, Hong Kong and San Francisco offices. At Morgan Stanley, Stephanie acquired and managed both core and opportunistic real estate investments worth in aggregate over $2 billion across all asset classes on the West Coast. She also drove Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts. Stephanie graduated magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Stephanie is an active member of ULI both at the local and national level.

Sunita Bayley is responsible for the management of The Swig Company’s accounting, financial management operations, and cash management, as well as Human Resources. Prior to joining The Swig Company, Ms. Bayley was an audit manager with KPMG in San Francisco where she conducted audits of companies in the financial services, construction, higher education and leasing industries, among others. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the California Society of CPAs and AICPA.

Executive Vice President, Director of Asset Management

Will Sandman joined The Swig Company in 2023 as Executive Vice President, Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining The Swig Company, Will was a Senior Director of Asset Management at Rubicon Point Partners, a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm. While at Rubicon, Will managed a portfolio of value-add assets, including office, research & development, medical, and life science properties, across the Bay Area and Seattle. Prior to Rubicon, Will worked as a project manager for the U.S. Navy’s nuclear propulsion command for seven years. Will’s responsibilities included managing design, construction, and operation of systems and equipment used to support nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers. Will managed equipment and projects ranging in value from $100 million to $1 billion. Will was an active-duty officer in the U.S. Navy for five years, separating as a lieutenant.

Will graduated magna cum laude in Physics from Boston College and holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
