(SOLD) One Beach Street is located across from Pier 39 in San Francisco’s North Waterfront District. The 1920’s era warehouse-to-office conversion was originally the home of Otis Elevator’s West Coast manufacturing operation. In the 1970’s a new second floor was added to the original 2-story warehouse and the building was converted to a modern 3-story office building. The building was further upgraded and seismically retrofit in the ensuing decades. One Beach currently houses the Headquarters of Alliant International University, Skyy Spirits, SB Architects and Questus.
